1. Express interest
An authorised adult supplies the school’s details, location, contact information and areas of interest. No student names, dates of birth, attendance registers or results are required.
2. Review and demonstration
KADEF reviews the enquiry and school readiness, discusses operational challenges and provides programme information or a demonstration. Registration alone is not acceptance or an active school account.
3. Agree onboarding requirements
The school and KADEF discuss participation terms, module availability, the termly final-result access model, data responsibilities, migration feasibility and support arrangements. Schools can discuss how to transition from existing software.
4. Configure, orient and begin use
After acceptance and agreed requirements, the school completes configuration, staff orientation and training. School activation and the initial reporting cycle are recorded separately from the original expression of interest.
5. Support and review sustained use
KADEF plans to monitor adoption, provide support and review utilisation and continued participation. Three-, six- and twelve-month retention are operational measures. They are distinct from evidence of children returning to school, attendance changes or learning outcomes.
Partners in education
Education authorities, teacher development institutions, civil society organisations, foundations, development partners and corporate responsibility teams can discuss school support, teacher learning, inclusion and programme evidence. These are opportunities for collaboration, not claims of existing formal partnerships.
