Dignity through crisis. Possibility beyond it.
KADEF’s humanitarian priorities centre people affected by conflict, displacement and exclusion.

Who we seek to stand with
Internally displaced people, refugees, returnees, host communities, women and girls, and persons with disabilities are central to our humanitarian and inclusion priorities. Their experience must inform the decisions that shape their future.
What we are building
As a newly incorporated foundation, KADEF is developing advocacy, public education, research, community engagement and responsible partnerships across its six thematic areas. Future humanitarian interventions will depend on needs assessment, safeguarding, coordination and approved resources.
One connected purpose
Protection means attention to rights and safe participation. Education means keeping opportunity in view. Peace-building means space for dialogue and social cohesion. WASH and health priorities connect essential services with everyday dignity. Governance connects community voice with accountability.
Inclusion from the beginning
Persons with disabilities should help shape accessible information, participation and programme design. Inclusion belongs in planning and budgeting, not only in the final report.
