Governance
Our institutional structure comprises the Congress/General Assembly, Executive Committee, Board of Trustees, and Standing or Ad hoc Committees.
Stewardship
Income and property are to be applied solely toward the Foundation’s objectives. Our governance commitments include accurate financial records, independent annual audits, and statutory reporting.
Reporting
As a newly incorporated institution, KADEF will publish approved reports as they become available. No historical impact totals or completed audit claims are presented here.
