Aid must reach people with disabilities.
A step, an inaccessible message or a distant distribution point can put assistance out of reach. Call for a response everyone can access.

A registration desk is not accessible if people cannot reach it. A notice is not useful if someone cannot read or hear it. A distribution plan is incomplete when it leaves people dependent on unsafe or undignified workarounds.
The practical questions belong at the start: can a wheelchair user enter, can information be understood, and can someone ask for help privately?
This petition calls for funded accessibility and meaningful participation by persons with disabilities. The aim is straightforward: assistance people can actually use.
The barrier can change.
Disability inclusion requires more than naming a priority group. People can face physical, communication and attitudinal barriers to services. Humanitarian planning should identify and remove those barriers with persons with disabilities and their representative organisations.
KADEF asks institutions to make accessibility a funded and monitored requirement, rather than an optional addition.
